Who may use Harborline

Harborline is a controlled-access platform for invited or approved users, tenants, and pilot participants. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access if an account is outside the intended pilot scope or creates operational, security, or compliance risk.

Tenant responsibility

Each tenant is responsible for its own products, listings, pricing, store policies, customer communications, and fulfillment practices. Harborline provides platform tooling, but tenants remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they offer through the service.

Taxes

Harborline may estimate and collect sales tax for supported checkout locations based on seller settings, order details, and currently configured tax rules. Tax calculations may be limited during pilot or early-access use and may not support every jurisdiction or tax scenario.

Sellers are responsible for determining where they are required to register, collect, report, file, and remit sales tax or other transaction taxes. Harborline does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice and does not guarantee that estimated tax calculations satisfy a seller's tax obligations.

Sellers remain responsible for reviewing collected tax amounts and remitting any required taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.

Rights to uploaded content

You may only upload or publish content, images, copy, branding, product data, and policy text that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload materials that infringe another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

Prohibited misuse

No unauthorized access, scraping, credential misuse, or attempts to bypass access controls.
No use of Harborline to sell unlawful, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited goods.
No interference with service availability, integrations, checkout flows, or other tenant operations.

Pilot status
